Onetox 100Units contains Clostridium botulinum toxin type A, which inhibits the release of acetylcholine at the neuromuscular junction. By temporarily reducing excessive muscle activity, it improves the appearance of moderate to severe wrinkle lines. It is also utilized for therapeutic purposes such as hemifacial spasm, blepharospasm, focal spasticity, and paralytic strabismus.

• Onset of effect: Usually observed within 3–7 days
• Peak effect: Around 2 weeks post-treatment
